....Like Bread and Butter........

...........I have noticed that there is a theme with me.....

...and i'm guessing with many of you too.....

...that with many a yarny, hooky, crafty shot...

....there just so happens to be a drink of some kind.....

...and possibly a foody treat of some kind too....

...they just seem to go together...

...don't you think?...

...like bread and butter...

...I guess I must think so...

...as looking through my archive pics, there seem many a familiar picture!

  9. Now I have noticed this too, and nearly posted about it once. I'd just spotted a blog post where a cup of tea sat within six inches of a length of £50 a metre fabric. Do people really do that?! If so they are braver women than I!

Love your colourful round up :D

  27. Oooh I love all your hooky/cuppa pics! I too always have a big cup of tea at hand when I'm settling down for a burst of hooking. The only problem is the cuppa usually goes cold because I've got engrossed in my crochet. Maybe I need to use a straw so I can drink hands-free!

    Have a fab week hon.

  30. I'm afraid I can't say the same for me as not much crafting gets done around here anymore these days, but if we're talking about biscuits, cakes and any other kind of yummy edible treat then count me in with a firm hand raise.

  31. Hi Vanessa, I know this is an old post, but I've just been looking back at your crochet projects and am wondering what type of yarn you use, especially for your brighter pieces. Is it cotten or wool? The colours look so vibrant...
