I'm loving the shift into Autumn
I'm loving having a read through a crafty mag to inspire me.
I'm loving having my perfect coffee in a cup and saucer that is big and pleasing to my eye.
I'm loving the start of a new blanket.
Yes, yes, yes, it's just like an adult version of the Baby Portobello blanket I made in the Summer. I loved it perhaps a little too much! This one has more depth of colour. More Autumnal, and a fair bit bigger. I love how it's an easy rhythmical pattern. One to pick up and do a row or two a day as and when I feel like it. It's pleasing me no end.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhh........

ReplyDelete:) I'm just about to finish a large ripple blanket. I've been working on it for the last 8 months - it's great to have a project that you can pick up and put down, and thoroughly enjoy the process, not just the outcome. x
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the last sunshine of the season and hooking up my new infinity scarf!

Hi Vanessa,
ReplyDeleteYour ripple blanket looks beautiful! Great colours! I am working with the same pattern at the moment. It's sort of soothing after a busy day. I have started on a scarf, but it's more work than I thought it would be :-)
Happy evening!

ReplyDeleteAnd I love this post. Simple, short and so pretty. Your blanket WiP looks yum... I want to eat it. And drink your coffee. It is the small things that matters. Happiness is a grasp of time, a little something, a moment... It is not a state of mind. It is a snow flake tumbling down from the sky and afterwards we live long on that happy feeling. Keep on collecting happy moments.
