A busy busy week.....
...but I wanted to capture it.
I wanted to remember how a week could be for me.
I hope, looking back in years to come, it will be lovely to see how a busy week in my life had been.
I hope, looking back in years to come, it will be lovely to see how a busy week in my life had been.
Bright days...grey and wet days......snuggly days......fun days.....birthdays.....All in my little week.
China sorting..... My favourite way to waste time
Loving new additions, my tea cosy, made for me by the uber talented Cuckoo
I had oggled over hers for like EVER, and I just couldn't get to grips with the pattern. How lovely to receive one for my Birthday. I actually welled up a little. She's a star...she really is.
My sweet little lady has her very own Innocent Smoothie Big Knits hat to keep her head warm on these winter days.
Cosy, snuggly mornings
Baby Bear's Birthday
Fun and excitement
And and ache in my heart for the time that goes so fast
Softness on a cold day
Getting ready to pack away the brights
But still loving colour
Loving yarn
Loving tealights
Loving Knits
Loving hearts
Loving flowers
Loving silly little Kinder toys
Loving my Bears
And TOTALLY loving this brooch! A HUGE thank you to Maartje from Silly Old Suitcase
I was one of her giveaway winners....and along with the prettiest ring and some crafting supplies,She sent me this brooch. Ahhhhhh my favourite word! Needless to say, the bears love it and giggle at my proud display!
A bright and cheerful.....warm and snuggly week.

Just gorgeous and I LOVE your china collection! My only small issue with your blog is that I find your green font really difficult to read - I love the colour but just find that I'm straining to see the words. Just thought you might like to know. xx

What a lovely week. Your photos are so colourful. I know what you mean about the time flying by and that ache. How cosy your tea pot looks now, a very good bit of crochet I think.
ReplyDeleteLove the tea cosy. Lucky girl x
ReplyDeleteI am a big fan of yours and love all your photos (yes I know I've said this before!) I'm getting a little stressed about my (not done yet) Christmas shopping and have been dreaming about the whole thing.Last night I actually dreamt that you had made a 2014 calendar featuring your fabulous photos and in my dream I was getting frustrated because I couldn't find the website to buy it from even though I know a lot of other people had already bought it!! I woke up thinking I must try to order it but then remembered it was only a dream, lol! If you ever do make a calendar be sure to link to the shop where one can order it, he he :o) have a good day, Sam xx
ReplyDeleteHi Samantha,
DeleteThat's so funny about your Calendar dream! Well, if I do ever get round to producing any...i'll be sure to let you know and give you first dibs on a copy!!!!!! x

Gorgeous, gorgeous pictures! Beautiful tea cosy too - clever Cuckoo.
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean about your heart aching - my son turns 15 in a week and I can't help but feel it's all whizzing by far too fast. It only seems yesterday he was marching around in his Bob The Builder pyjamas. I could weep.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend dearest girl.
Hxxx
